| ★ Members may upgrade to a different package each time they wash their car.
★ Only the car that is registered with the RFID tag is eligible for this program.
★ Damaged tags must be reported immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will cause damage and will prevent it from
working. Members will be charged $3 for new tags.
★ Members must notify Freedom Wash of any changes in vehicle ownership and a replacement tag will need to be
purchased at that time.
★ By enrolling in Freedom Wash's Program I agree to have my credit card automatically billed each month for the amount
due for the plan I have chosen. I waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges
as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer.
★ A member will be charged monthly for a minimum of three months. After three months the member may discontinue this
program at any time by either giving written notice within 10 days or at least calling within 72 hours prior to the billing
date.
★ This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
★ Freedom Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change this program from time to time as it deems necessary. |
